We are accommodating and do our best to meet or exceed your needs to make your stay as smooth as possible!

TERMS

  1. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.

  2. We require security deposits. They are based on your lease term.

  3. Our minimum lease term is 1 month.

  4. Smoking is preferred outside the homes and condos.

  5. Damages to the property outside normal wear and tear will be penalized in the security deposit.

  6. We work with all our clients' specialized needs (within reason) to make your stay with us as smooth as possible.

FEATURES + AMENITIES

  1. In our furnished units we provide the basic necessities and are open to work with our guest on certain amenities.

  2. Pets are allowed. We charge a non-refundable pet fee, per pet.

  3. All homes and condos feature parking.

  4. We will remove furniture that you like to replace with your own, for a fee.

  5. Removing furniture does not constitute you a lower monthly rate.

  6. We do not recommend you personally move our furniture, as if missing, damaged, or needs reinstalling, your security deposit will be penalized.

PAYMENTS

  1. We accept payment through our site via Credit Car, ACH Direct Payment (preferred), and for unique scenarios we accept checks.
